Warranty & Returning Merchandise
For defective items, you may return them for replacement WITHIN 30 DAYS of PURCHASE. Shipping charges from our location to yours for replacements are FREE.
We reserve the right to replace a defective product or issue a refund for that product at our sole discretion.
Returns
All items must get an RMA number before you send the merchandise back. Click Here to Request a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number We will reply within 48 hours with an RMA number.
The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package, only returns with valid RMA will be accepted! This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.
Please allow up to 10 -14 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 10 -14 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
Return Policies and Reasons for return.
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, you will be charged shipping for the correct replacements to be sent and you will responsible for shipping the original ordered products back to us. If WE send you the wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost.
We will accept returns of non-defective product purchased from us for for a period of up up to 30 days from date of purchase.
If items are ordered which received free shipping and these items are returned to us for no reason of ours, we will deduct the original shipping costs to get the order to you plus any applicable restocking charges, normally 15%.
Products found to be damaged or altered in any way from their original condition will not be replaced nor will a refund be made for them. If a product is unused but the packaging is opened, marked on or damaged in any way, we will not be able to have it returned.
It is our policy that all returned cartridges must have at least seventy (70%) percent ink or toner remaining, we weight them to determine this. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of any product that has been retained by the customer more than 30 days past the date of initial purchase.
If your printer dies or malfunctions and your have had our product for over 30 days, we are sorry but it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you purchase our products and re-sell them, the item(s) purchased will hold no warranty, no cash value and will be considered to be "As Is".
Any opened or used bulk ink cannot be returned for a refund.

By using our web sites you agree to indemnify our Company harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including (without limitation) attorney's fees, arising from your use of the our web sites, your use of our Products and our Services
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any Product, Service or Promotion at our sole discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order. We reserve the right not to serve any customer at our discretion.
